To enable simultaneous editing, members must belong to the same workspace. Please ensure that the member has been invited to the workspace!
- You can proceed with inviting members by following the order [ People → Invite Member ] in the workspace.
- 🖐🏻Note! If your workspace plan is Pro or higher, additional charges may apply when adding members, so invite carefully!

Design documents saved in 'My Drive' can only invite members to edit simultaneously by the Team owner of the document!
- The invited member is not authorized to invite other members, so if you need additional invitations, please ask the document Team owner.

Design documents in 'Team Drive' belong to that drive and can only be edited simultaneously with members who have editing rights or higher!
- You need Team admin privileges to invite members to the 'Team Drive'.

*️⃣Collaboratively Edit Design Documents in ‘My Drive’
‘My Drive’ is a personal space for each member and can only be accessed by the individual.
To collaboratively edit design documents stored in this space with other members, please use the [Invite User] feature.

① Open the design document you created as a new editor in 'My Drive' and click the Share button at the top.
③ By clicking 'Invite User' in the pop-up window, you can invite members to edit the design document simultaneously.
③ Please enter your member's name or ID (email address) and invite them with editable rights.
※ Only those invited with edit permissions can collaborate in real time.

Invited members can check the invitation through the workspace notification menu or via email if 'Send email notification' was selected during the invitation process.
If you check the invitation list and click it, you can access and edit the design document, and you can also check the real-time editing status of other members.

'Team Drive' is a space that can be shared with members of the workspace!
If you are a member with access and editing rights, you are free to view and edit design documents stored in Team Drive.
① Find and click the design document you want to edit simultaneously in 'Team Drive'.
※ The 'Team Drive' permission must be editable or higher to edit design documents!
② You can edit it by accessing the design document, and you can also check the real-time editing status of other members.
