If you subscribed to a plan through the Miricanvas app, you must cancel it via the app or the respective store's web page.
We will guide you on how to cancel the Pro plan in the Miricanvas app. 😊
1️⃣ In the Miricanvas app, tap [My info] from the main menu at the bottom.
2️⃣ In the workspace where you want to cancel the subscription, tap the [Cancel Subscription] button next to the next billing date.
You can switch workspaces by tapping the [Change] button next to the workspace name, allowing you to move to your desired workspace.
3️⃣ In the "Are you sure you want to cancel the subscription?" pop-up, check the required consent box and tap [Cancel Subscription].
When you tap the Cancel Subscription button, you will be redirected to the cancellation page on the App Store or Google Play Store.
To complete the cancellation, select "Miricanvas" from your active subscriptions and proceed with "Cancel Subscription". Once completed, your subscription will be successfully canceled.
⚠️ You can access the subscription cancellation page in the same way for both the App Store and Google Play Store. Please keep this in mind.
⚠️ Subscription cancellation allows you to use the service until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. If you need a refund after canceling your subscription, please refer to the guide document below!
