[Mobile/Refunds] I subscribed through the MiriCanvas app, how do I get a refund?

๐ŸŽ Requesting a refund on IOS

If you subscribed through the App Store, per Apple policy, refunds are only available through Apple Web or iTunes. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Access https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in to the Apple ID you purchased
  3. Click [Report an issue] in the MiriCanvas app
  4. Select the issue, write a reason for the refund, and submit

You can check the status of your refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/status

 

 

๐Ÿค– Requesting a refund on Android

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you can request a refund from the Play Store in accordance with Google's policies. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Access play.google.com/store/account
  2. Click Order history
  3. Find the order that you want to return
  4. Choose to request a refund or report a problem with an order. Select the option that fits your situation
  5. Fill it out and post a note that you want a refund
  6. "Thank you for your report" message will appear

You'll receive an email when we determine if a refund is available, which can take as little as 15 minutes and as long as 4 days.
