๐ Requesting a refund on IOS
If you subscribed through the App Store, per Apple policy, refunds are only available through Apple Web or iTunes. Please follow the steps below.
- Access https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in to the Apple ID you purchased
- Click [Report an issue] in the MiriCanvas app
- Select the issue, write a reason for the refund, and submit
You can check the status of your refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/status
๐ค Requesting a refund on Android
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, you can request a refund from the Play Store in accordance with Google's policies. Please follow the steps below.
- Access play.google.com/store/account
- Click Order history
- Find the order that you want to return
- Choose to request a refund or report a problem with an order. Select the option that fits your situation
- Fill it out and post a note that you want a refund
- "Thank you for your report" message will appear
You'll receive an email when we determine if a refund is available, which can take as little as 15 minutes and as long as 4 days.
