Q. The cancel button is not visible because the regular payment date and the actual payment date are different.

Q : The cancel button is not visible because the regular payment date and the actual payment date are different.

A : Cancellation of payment is only possible within 7 days of no usage history, based on the 'regular payment date' specified in the workspace [Settings > Payment History], not the 'actual payment date'!

 

It is a regular payment date, but due to the unpayment status of the registered payment method (insufficient balance, exceeding the limit), the payment may be made after securing the balance.

 

If the actual payment is made after the 7-day period from the 'regular payment date' during which cancellation is possible due to the above reason, cancellation is not possible, and the cancel button will not be displayed

 

The regular payment date can be checked through the [Settings > Payment History] page in the workspace.

If you no longer wish to continue with the regular payment, please proceed with canceling the subscription to prevent further payments.
