Q. The service slowed down after using it for a long time.

Q. The service slowed down after using it for a long time.

A. If you don't close the web browser using MiriCanvas for a long time or continue to use it without shutting down your PC, memory (data) can build up and slow down a bit.

 

If it is too slow to use, first save the design you are working on safely and follow the 3 steps below.

 

1. Refreshing your browser
2. Completely shut down and re-open the browser
3. Reboot the computer and access the service again.
