Q. I can’t upload elements (photos, illustrations, images, etc.) because the storage limit has been exceeded. What should I do?

The ‘My Drive’ storage space for workspaces on the free plan is 1GB.
If you’ve already used up all the space or try to upload an element larger than the remaining capacity, uploads will be restricted.

If your storage is full and you can’t upload any more elements 👀

You can free up storage space by deleting unused uploaded elements.
Or, if you don’t want to delete any uploads, you can switch to the Pro plan, which offers 10GB of storage.

*The ‘My Drive’ storage space applies only to uploaded elements and does not affect your design documents.
*So you only need to organize your uploaded elements, and make sure to permanently delete them from the trash to free up space.

1️⃣Organizing unused elements

1. Check storage usage

Check in the editor: [ Upload > ⓘ ]

Check in the workspace: [ My Drive > ⓘInfo ]

2. Delete elements

In the editor, you can delete all uploaded elements at once or move only selected elements to the trash and then delete them.
Note that bulk deletion permanently removes items immediately and cannot be undone, so please delete with caution!

[Bulk delete in the editor (*permanent delete)]

In the editor, go to [Upload > ⓘ > Permanently delete all uploaded files].
If you follow the steps above, you can permanently delete all uploaded elements.
*Deleted items cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution.

[Delete selected elements in the editor (Move to Trash)]

In the editor, click the Upload menu to view the list of elements you’ve uploaded so far.
From an element’s thumbnail, select [More (···) → Move to Trash], or use the checkboxes to select multiple elements and move them to the trash all at once.

▼Delete individually
▼Delete multiple items at once

[Delete elements from the workspace (Move to Trash)]

In the workspace, go to [Project → My Drive → 'Design Elements' tab → Select elements → Click Trash].
You can select multiple elements at once by holding down the Shift key while clicking them.
*When you check the checkbox on a thumbnail, a popup bar appears at the top.
*Double-click the checkbox in that popup to select all elements currently loaded on the page!

3. Permanently delete from Trash

The Trash menu is only available in the workspace, not in the editor.
In the workspace, go to [Project → Trash], then delete elements there to free up storage space!

①Clicking “Empty Trash” will permanently delete all items in the Trash (uploaded elements and design files).
*Permanently deleted elements and design files cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution.

②Select specific items, then click the trash icon at the top to permanently delete only the selected items.
*Permanently deleted elements and design files cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution.

2️⃣Upgrade to Pro plan

With the Pro plan, you can use *10GB of storage space.
You can also enjoy a variety of premium templates, elements, and features such as design approval, font uploads, and announcements.

Try using a plan from [Settings > Subscription settings] in your workspace!
