Q. What should I be aware of when removing a member?

 

⚠️Please make sure to check the personal space, 'My Drive', of the member scheduled for removal!

 

'My Drive' is a member’s personal space provided separately for each workspace.

Once a member is removed, they can no longer access that workspace.
As a result, all designs and uploaded assets stored in their 'My Drive' will be permanently deleted at the same time the member is removed.

※The permission to remove members is granted only to the 'Team Owner' or 'Team Admin'.

Log in with Account A and check 'My Drive'
Log in with Account B and check 'My Drive'

 

▶️To prevent designs stored in the 'My Drive' of a member scheduled for removal from being deleted, please move them to another space in advance.

  • Do you have any designs that will be used by your institution, company, or organization?
    • 💡Move them to 'Team Drive.'
    • From the design thumbnail, follow this path: [ More(···) → Move → Set location → Move ]
       
  • Do you have any designs for personal use?
    • 💡Please move it to another workspace.
    • You can use the 'Share(Publish)' feature to move each design to a different workspace one by one.
