Downloads are downloaded from the original size to the maximum quality, and if the size of the design itself is small, the resolution cannot be higher than that of the original even if it is downloaded with high resolution.
First, please check again whether the design document you worked on is set to be small.

You can adjust the size of the design document at the top of the editor.
