Q. Can I have the account I'm using now managed (transfer ownership) from another account?

If you can no longer manage your workspace in the account you are using now, you can transfer ownership to another account to manage it.

💡Before proceeding with the transfer of ownership, please check the following first!💡

If you remove an existing member after you proceed with the transfer of ownership, everything in the "My Drive", which is the member's private space in that workspace, will be permanently deleted.
If you have design documents and upload files that should not be deleted, please make sure to move them to "Team Drive" in the "My Drive" of the member account to be removed!
For workspaces with Pro pricing plan, an additional sheet fee will be incurred when inviting members. If you removed the existing team owner member after transferring ownership, you will need to request a refund for the additional sheet fee with the new team owner account through the online customer center.

Here's how to transfer ownership.

① Please log in to the owner account of the workspace.

② Please make sure that you have at least two workspaces in your logged-in account.

✅ Find out how to create a new workspace here.

③ Please invite the account that wants to transfer ownership through the people menu among the left menu of the workspace.

✅ We are sending you an invitation email to the workspace through the mail of the invited member, so please participate in the workspace through the mail.

④ Please proceed with the transfer of ownership if the account that will proceed with the transfer of ownership has been invited to the workspace.

✅ How to transfer ownership:

1. Go to "Member" in the left tab of the "People" menu

2. Members of the "Team Manager" Authority to be transferred ownership → Click More on "···" to the right

3. Click the "Transfer Ownership" button.

Members who were existing team owners will be changed to 'Team Manager' in the workspace, and the transfer of ownership will be completed.
