Q. How can I delete my account?

 

I’ll explain the important things to note when deleting your account and how to do it.

 

*️⃣Things to note when deleting your account

  • When you delete your account, all data saved in the account (including designs and uploaded assets) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Additionally, if a copyright dispute arises after account deletion, it may be difficult to receive protection because you will no longer be able to prove that the design was created on Miricanvas (please refer to Article 13 “Disclaimer,” Clause 8 of the license agreement).
  • Please review the above carefully and proceed with account deletion with caution.

 

*️⃣How to delete your account

①Go to [ Settings → My Account ] in your workspace.

②Click 'Delete Account' at the bottom of the page.

Select a reason for leaving, then enter your account ID (email address) on the next screen to complete the account deletion.

 

  • 💡Please Read!
    • Account deletion is only possible if all workspaces owned by the account are on the Free plan.
    • If you wish to delete your account while using a free trial, please contact Customer Support to request cancellation of the free trial.
      • Click the [Help] button at the bottom right of the screen and submit an inquiry stating that you would like to cancel the free trial in order to delete your account.
