Q. How can I cancel a subscription payment (request a refund)?

A. You can cancel if all the conditions for withdrawal(within 7 days of subscription without usage, including document creation, downloads, uploads, etc.) are met!

 

If all conditions are met, please check the following steps for payment cancellation and refund.

 

💡Please read!

    • If all conditions for cancellation (no usage history within 7 days of the billing date) are not met, cancellation will not be possible, and the payment cancellation button will not be visible.
    • For more details, please be sure to review the MiriCanvas Terms of Service.

 

 

*️⃣Cancellation and Refund After 'Payment Completion'

 

1. To request a cancellation and refund, you must first **cancel your subscription!

To cancel, go to [Settings > Subscription Settings > Click 'Click here to cancel your subscription'], then select a reason for cancellation and proceed with the cancellation.

💡What if the payment fails due to insufficient funds or exceeding the limit?

    • Even if the payment fails, you can still cancel if all conditions for withdrawal are met!

2. After cancellation, please proceed with the following steps: [Settings > Payment History > More(···) > Cancel/Refund Payment].

*If all conditions for withdrawal are not met, the cancel button will not be visible!

 

3. Once the cancellation is complete, you will immediately be switched to the free plan, and the refund may take 1-7 days to process depending on your payment method.

 

 

*️⃣Cancellation After 'Payment Failure'

If the registered payment method has insufficient funds, exceeded the limit, or is expired, the recurring payment will not be completed and will fail. (Outstanding payments due to payment failure will be automatically retried once daily starting the next day.)

If all conditions for withdrawal are met, you can still cancel even if the payment has failed by following the steps below.

 

1. After cancellation, please proceed with the following steps: [Settings > Payment History > More(···) > Cancel Payment].

*If all conditions for withdrawal are not met, the cancel button will not be visible!

2. After reviewing the content in the popup, check the checkbox and then click the Next button.

3. Once you select a reason for cancellation, the payment can be canceled, and you will be immediately switched to the free plan once the cancellation is complete!
