Q. The payment history for the subscription plan cannot be verified.

A. It seems that you may have subscribed to the plan under a 'different account' or under 'another workspace owned by the same account.'

*️⃣If you subscribed to the plan under a 'different workspace.'

The subscription plan is applied to the workspace owned by the account, not the account itself!

Since you can create multiple workspaces with one account, subscriptions and payments can be made on a per-workspace basis.

Please refer to the following to see if the account you are using owns another workspace and subscribes to the plan with that workspace!

1. When you log in from the main page, it automatically redirects you to the workspace page.

＊If you are already logged in, you can click the profile at the top right of the homepage to access the workspace page.

2. If you click the Switch button at the top left of the workspace, you can check and switch the workspace list you are using.

Please check if you subscribed to the plan with the converted workspace!

*️⃣If you subscribe to a plan with a 'different account.'

If you are using only one workspace and your payment details are not confirmed, you may have subscribed to the plan with another account that you have not checked yet.

If you remember an account other than the one you logged in to, log out and try logging in again, and if you can't remember the ID, try the method below!

1. Please check if my email address is registered with MiriCanvas by using the temporary password issuance method.

2. Please check the registered email address using the method above and log in again.
