[Mobile/Payment] I've been charged more than once for my MiriCanvas subscription

In the MiriCanvas app, duplicate payments can occur in the following situations.

  1. If you create and subscribe to multiple MiriCanvas accounts
  2. If you create and subscribe to multiple workspaces within the same account
  3. Subscribing to different workspaces via web/app

If your issue is caused by something other than the above, please submit a report to [Account Profile > Help > I didn't find the answer I was looking for] and we'll check it out and help you.
