In the MiriCanvas app, duplicate payments can occur in the following situations.
- If you create and subscribe to multiple MiriCanvas accounts
- If you create and subscribe to multiple workspaces within the same account
- Subscribing to different workspaces via web/app
If your issue is caused by something other than the above, please submit a report to [Account Profile > Help > I didn't find the answer I was looking for] and we'll check it out and help you.
