[Mobile/Subscription] I signed up for a Pro subscription in the MiriCanvas app, but it still looks like a free workspace and I don't have access to Pro features.

If you signed up for a Pro subscription through the MiriCanvas app, you may notice that it takes a long time to receive your subscription status from the App Store / Play Store, or the status may not update.

 

If you're still experiencing the same issue after closing the MiriCanvas app in the background and logging back in, please submit a report to [Account Profile > Help > Ask anything] and we'll take a look and help you out.
