Please note the following changes to the MiriCanvas Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI Drawing Feature Terms of Service.

1. Revision Notes

2. Major revisions

(1) Terms of Use

Enhanced instructions for using the existing service (print production). (Article 4)
- Added guidance on linking accounts between MiriCanvas and FamilySite (Bizhows). (Article 4)
Added restrictions for FamilySite (Bizhows) accounts when unsubscribing (Article 8)
Added changes and restrictions related to paid services that occur with the opening of new services (mobile apps). (Chapter 2)
Removed provisions on the use of coupons and subscriptions (Article 14)
Added restrictions on payment methods, payment amounts, and foreign currency payments. (Article 15)
Added guidance on the refund process in the app environment (Article 18, 19)
Added restrictions on the use of trial services (Article 20)

(2) Privacy policy

Added information on how to install, operate, and reject cookies for new service (mobile app). (Article 10)

(3) Cookie Policy

Added information about the cookie collection environment, installation, operation, and rejection for new service (mobile app).
Added information about collecting advertising IDs (ADID/IDFA) (Article 4)

(4) AI Drawing Feature Terms

The expansion of AI Drawing (AI image creation service) to AI Tools (all-in-one AI service) has been reflected in the Terms.
To protect your privacy, we have stated in our Terms that user input data will not be used for AI training. (Article 7)
