Q. What are 'unsupported elements'?

A. Unsupported elements refer to design components that are no longer provided by MiriCanvas due to the termination of the license agreement.

Therefore, you need to remove any 'unsupported elements' used in your design document in order to save and download it.

Q. How can I identify 'unsupported elements'?

A. 'Unsupported elements' are marked with an exclamation point.

Please check each page of your design document for any 'unsupported elements' indicated by the exclamation point.

After identifying these elements, remove and replace them with supported alternatives, then try saving and downloading again.

Q. I can't see the 'unsupported elements.'

A. 'Unsupported elements' may be too small or obscured by other elements, making them difficult to see.

Enable the layer feature and check the list on the right side of the editor for 'unsupported elements' marked with an exclamation point.
