If your workspace is in an unused state (including design creation, downloading, uploading, etc.), you may cancel the Pro subscription plan and get the refund within 7 days of the payment date. And if these conditions are met, please contact us and we will inform you how to cancel and get a refund.

How to cancel and get a refund on the Pro subscription plan
1. Unsubscribe from the plan at [Settings > Subscription Settings] in the workspace
2. Click [Payment history > ··· > Cancel/Refund Payment].
※ If refund conditions are not met, 'Cancel/Refund Payment' option will not be displayed.
3. Check the confirmation check box in the confirmation pop-up window, and click the 'Cancel Payment' button to complete the cancellation.
Please note that payment cancellation is only possible on PC and not supported on mobile.
