๐ Connect
MiriCanvas is currently preparing for an official listing. Until then, please connect it yourself as a custom connector.
In Claude, go to [Customize] in the left menu, then the [Connectors] tab.
In the upper right, click [+ Add] โ [Add custom connector].

Enter MiriCanvas as the name and the server address below as the URL, then click [Continue].
https://mcp.miricanvas.com/mcp Sign in to MiriCanvas, choose the workspace where your designs will be saved, and click [Allow]. You'll then return to Claude.
๐ Go to Add custom connector in Claude
On the Claude Free plan, you can add one custom connector.
You can also create MiriCanvas designs in the Claude mobile app.
Check the connection You're connected if a [Disconnect] button appears in the upper right when you open MiriCanvas in Customize โ [Connectors].
Permissions you grant when connecting On the permission screen that appears while connecting, check the account you signed in with and the workspace where your designs will be saved. To connect with a different account, click [Use another account]. When you click [Allow], Claude can do the following.
View basic profile info (name ยท email)
View your workspace and plan info
Search MiriCanvas templates
Create new designs in the selected workspace
Save images to My Drive
๐จ Create a design with MiriCanvas
โ Call MiriCanvas
Describe the design you want in the conversation. Use whichever method is easiest for you.
Ask in words: Include MiriCanvas in your request, like "Make a presentation with MiriCanvas."
Choose from the + menu: In the input box, click [+] โ [Connectors], select MiriCanvas, then make your request.
๐ก Tip: If you've already worked out the content with Claude, ask right in that conversation, like "Make a presentation in MiriCanvas with what we've worked out so far." ๐ช
โก Choose a template
You'll see six templates that match your request. Free members are recommended free templates only.
Click the template you like to select it. Click the icon in the upper right of a thumbnail to see all its pages in a larger view.
Click [Create with selected template].
๐ก If none of them fits, click [Find other styles]. You'll get new template recommendations, and templates you've already seen won't appear again.
โข Wait
After choosing a template, wait until the response is finished. Progress is shown as text in the conversation, and it takes a few minutes for your content to be placed into the chosen template and saved as a new design.
โฃ Check the result and edit
Check the result: When it's done, a design thumbnail and an [Edit in MiriCanvas] button appear in the conversation.
Edit: Click [Edit in MiriCanvas] to open the design in the MiriCanvas editor. You can't change a design you've already created through the conversation, so please edit it in the editor.
Download: You can't download designs in the conversation. Download them as PPTX, PDF, and more from the editor.
๐ท Add your own photos and logos
If you have photos or logos you want in your design, send them along with your request.
Upload a photo: Say you want to add a photo, and an upload screen appears. Choose your photo on that screen and upload it.
Paste an image URL: Paste the address of an image on the web into your request.
Photos you add are saved to your MiriCanvas.
๐ Disconnect
Open MiriCanvas in Customize โ [Connectors].
Click [Disconnect] in the upper right.
Designs you've already created stay in your MiriCanvas workspace after you disconnect.
๐ ๏ธ Troubleshooting
I can't add a custom connector
On the Claude Free plan, you can add one custom connector. If you already have another custom connector, remove it first and then add MiriCanvas.
Claude asks for permission every time I use MiriCanvas

By default, Claude asks whether to allow each time a connector tool is used. To stop these prompts, change the setting as follows.
Open MiriCanvas in Customize โ [Connectors].
Under Tool permissions, change [Needs approval] to [Always allow].
For company or team accounts, you may not be able to choose [Always allow], depending on your admin's settings.
A warning appears when I click [Create with selected template]
When you choose a template, a message like "Please create it with the selected template. (key: โฆ)" is entered in the input box, and a notice appears above it starting with "Use caution before running this prompt."
This is a notice Claude shows when a connector enters text in the input box. MiriCanvas can't turn it off.
If the text in the input box matches the above, send it as is. Your design will continue to be created with the template you chose.
The connection was lost, or I want to connect a different account
Disconnect as described in "Disconnect" above, then connect again following "Connect."
On the permission screen, click [Use another account] to connect a different MiriCanvas account.
