Manage Payment Methods(Register/Change/Delete)

 

Only the workspace owner or team admins can manage payment methods for your plan.

Register a Payment Method

 

You can register only one payment method per workspace, and you can change it at any time if needed!

 

  1. Please switch to the workspace where you would like to register the payment method.
  2. Then, go to [Settings → Subscription settings].
  3. Click the “Register Payment Method” button to add a payment method for your plan subscription.

 

 

Change or Delete Payment Method

 

 

After registering a payment method, you can click the “Change Payment Method” button to switch to a different payment method.
You can also click “Click here to delete the payment method” to remove the payment method.

 

💡Please read this carefully!

  • Payment methods can only be deleted when you are on a free plan that does not use any subscription.
  • If you are on a Pro plan (including a free trial), the payment method can be deleted only after canceling the plan and once the remaining subscription period has ended.
