MiriCanvas collects and uses your personal information as follows in order to process your membership registration.

1. Items Collected
   1. Sign up with Naver: User identifier, name, email address
   2. Sign up with Google: Name, email address, profile photo
   3. Sign up with Kakao: Kakao account (email address), profile information (nickname/profile photo)
   4. Sign up with Facebook: Name, email address, profile photo
   5. Sign up with Naver Works: ID, name, user classification, affiliated space information, affiliated organization information
   6. Sign up with Apple: Name, email address
   7. Sign up with email: Name, email address, password
2. Purpose of Processing: User identification, confirmation of intent to register, sanctions against acts that interfere with the smooth operation of the service and fraudulent use of the service, record retention for dispute resolution, and handling of complaints and other civil petitions
3. Retention and Use Period: Destroyed within a maximum of 5 days from the date of the withdrawal request
   ※ To ensure the stable completion of the withdrawal process and data consistency, the information is destroyed within a maximum of 5 days from the date of the withdrawal request.
4. You may refuse to consent; however, if you refuse, membership registration will be restricted.
