How to invite users

You can now edit a design together in the new editor—live and in sync!
Invite others to your design and start co-editing right away.

 

💡 Before you invite users, check the following:

✅The person you’re inviting must be a workspace member.

  • If they're not already a member, please invite them to the workspace first. (See Step 1)
  • If you're on a Pro or higher plan, adding members may incur an extra charge.

✅ Only the Team owner of the design file can invite others.

  • Invited users can edit or view the file but cannot re-invite others.
  • Need to invite someone? Ask the file Team owner to send the invite. (See Step 2)

✅ You can't invite users to a design file in Team drive.

  • To invite people in this case, use drive-level permissions.
  • Only drive admins can send invites to Team Drive. (See Step 3)

 

👥 How to invite users

 

1️⃣ Invite workspace members

Go to Workspace > People.워크스페이스 초대 en.gif

 

 

 

2️⃣ Invite from a design file (on My Drive)

Only the design Team owner can invite others.

How to invite

Go to Editor > Share > Invite user.

 3️⃣ Invite from a Team drive design file

Team drive files don’t support direct invitations via the design. Use drive permissions instead.

Go to Workspace > Team drive > Person icon
