Workplace owners and administrators can control editor features to use only the specified colors, fonts, templates, and elements.
This feature makes it easy for members to create consistent designs to meet brand guidelines.
*️⃣Setting Editor Control in the "Brand Management" menu
💡For more information on the " Brand kit" feature that lets you set color palettes and fonts, click here.
Go to the workspace where you want to set up editor control and go to the [Brand Management > Editor Control Settings] page.
💡Initially, it is an active (ON) state that does not limit design editing and editor menus.
1️⃣Design editing settings
■ Color : Only color palettes added to the brand kit can be used for colors such as text and elements.
<When the color limit setting function is active (ON)>
Editors can use any color.
<When the color limit setting function is disabled (OFF)>
Editors can only use the colors registered in the brand kit.(Brand kits can be created by owners, managers, and designers.)
■ Fonts : Only fonts uploaded from the brand kit and set in advance as the font provided by Canvas can be restricted.
<When the font limit is enabled (ON)>
Editors can use any font provided by MiriCanvas.
<When the font limit is disabled (OFF)>
Editors can only use the font used in the template and the font registered in the branded kit by the owner and administrator or designer.
And when you add text, you can use the set font.
■ Upload : Restrict upload capabilities to prevent editors from using personal images and videos in their designs.
<Enable Upload Restriction (ON)>
The upload menu is visible and available in the editor.
<Disable Upload Restriction (OFF)>
The Upload menu disappears from the editor.
2️⃣Editor mene settings
You can restrict the use of the menu above in the editor, and disabled menus are not visible in the editor.
However, the elements you added to the folder can be checked and used in the [workspace].
