Combination Element Addition and Use Guide

Workspace administrators and designers can register combination elements they crated to the Shared Drive and lock the combination elements so that their text cannot be edited.

※ The “Add to Folder” feature that adds combination elements is available with the Pro and Enterprise price plans and under the Edu version only.

 

 

✅ Registering a Combination Element

 

1. Create an element and text as a combination element in the editor and set them as a group.

2. Select the element that has been set as a group, click More [···] on the top part of the left menu, and select “Add to Folder”.

※ If text is included, you can enable [Lock Text].

3. Select the Shared Drive or folder you wish to add the combination element to and click “Move”.

✅ Using Lock Text Feature

 

If the combination element to be added to a folder includes text, you might not want it to be possible to edit the content.

In this case, you can enable “Lock Text” to make it impossible to edit the combination element’s text and then add it.

💡 Select the element that has been set as a group, click More [···] on the top part of the left menu, and check off the “Lock Text" option.

✅ Using an Added Combination Element

 

Combination elements that have been registered as per the method described above are available for use after navigating to the save from [Workspace] on the left side of the editor.

💡 Elements with “Lock Text” enabled are marked with a symbol indicating they are not editable.
