Deleting a Design Document or Element

If you don't organize your saved design documents and elements, it can be inconvenient to find what you're trying to use.

There's also a way to organize using folders, but I'll tell you how to delete what you're not using anymore!

💡Before deleting, please make sure to check the contents below.

    • Design documents and elements that are permanently deleted cannot be restored. Please delete them carefully.
    • In the event of a copyright dispute resulting from document deletion, you will not be protected. Please ensure that any design documents you use online or offline are stored in your account.

*️⃣Move to Trash

Design documents and elements can be moved to the Trash from the workspace or editor.

Click the More(···) button on the design or element you want to delete and select 'Move to Trash'.

*Workspace(💡You can select multiple designs and elements using the checkboxes.)

*Editor

*️⃣Check the Trash

The [Trash] is a menu that can only be accessed from the workspace.

You can navigate to the workspace page by going to [All Menus > Go to Workspace] in the top left corner of the editor!

Additionally, by clicking the list button at the top of the [Trash], you can view the [Trash] for both 'My Drive' and 'Shared Drives'.

*️⃣Empty Trash

If you have reviewed the design documents and elements in the [Trash], you can permanently delete all of them by selecting 'Empty Trash.'
If you wish to permanently delete items individually, you can use the More (···) button or checkboxes.
*Please note that permanently deleted designs and elements cannot be restored, so proceed with caution!
