Q. What is the 'Add seat'?

A. It's an additional charge that occurs when you invite more members beyond the number of seats you've already paid for. A "seat" refers to a spot that allows a member to join the workspace!

The owner or admin of a workspace can manage members (add, remove, change roles, etc.) from the [People] menu.

If all seats are in use and you add a new member, an additional seat charge will apply.

This information is also shown in the member invitation pop-up!

＊ The 'additional seat' charge is billed on a prorated basis according to the number of members and the number of days from the date they were invited to the end of the subscription period.

You can also check the number of remaining seats in the pop-up window.

When all purchased seats have been used	If all purchased seats are used, and a member is added An 'add seat' fee will be incurred.

The 'add seat' fee payment date varies depending on the billing cycle (monthly or annually).

＊The 'add seat' fee is applied immediately once a member invitation is completed. 
＊Even if a member is removed afterward, the 'add seat' fee will not be canceled, so please invite members carefully.
