1. Summary
The Company uses "cookies" to store and retrieve usage information in order to provide personalized services.
A "cookie" is a small amount of information sent to User’s computer or device browser by the server (http) used to operate the Website and Mobile App, and is stored on User’s PC or device.
Cookies allow websites and mobile apps to analyze information about User’s visit (such as each service you visit and how you access and use the website and mobile app, popular search terms, and whether you have a secure connection), and when User returns to the website or mobile app, the server (http) on the website or mobile app reads the cookie stored on User’s PC or device to remember User’s preferences and provide User with a personalized experience. In other words, cookies perform functions that enable User to access and use the Website and Mobile App as User has set up when User visits the Website and Mobile App.
In addition, the Company uses cookies to provide User with personalized information, such as a record of User visits to the Company’s websites and mobile apps, optimized information based on User’s usage, and advertising.

2. Types of Cookies and Their Function
(1) First-party Cookies
First-party cookies are cookies that are issued and collected directly by the website or mobile app that User accesses to use a service, such as MiriCanvas.
For example, when User accesses the MiriCanvas website (MiriCanvas | Free design tool with unique templates ) or mobile app, the MiriCanvas website or mobile app will issue a cookie about User’s login history, which is a first-party cookie. Therefore, if User logs in to MiriCanvas with a "Stay Logged in" login and close the browser window or app and then log back into MiriCanvas, User may remain logged in, which is a first-party cookie.
(2) Third-party Cookies
A third-party cookie is a cookie file issued by a website other than the website or mobile app User is on, that allows the other website to collect information about User.
(3) Analytics Function
Cookies support the Company’s identification of how Users use certain services and interact in the Company’s service such as MiriCanvas, etc. by collecting the User information. The Company can improve the service based on this information.
Specifically, the Company uses Google Analytics to help the Company understand how Users interact with the Service's website or mobile app, such as MiriCanvas. Google Analytics utilizes first-party cookies to collect information about what Users do on the website or mobile app. The Company uses this information to help the Company improve the quality of the Company’s Services, including MiriCanvas.

These cookies are published by the Company’s advertisement partners, which track the User’s activities and offer related advertisements. If these cookies are rejected, the User will likely be exposed to random advertisements, and will potentially not receive advertisements related to their activities.
The Company does not provide, sell or share the information either directly collected from the Users or provided by a third-party, to any of other third-party.
(4) Cookie collection/publishment management
Cookies, as seen from above, are published for the smooth MiriCanvas service and advertisement, etc., which may be opted out to block such publication.
Cookies directly collected by the Company may be managed with the cookie settings on MiriCanvas webpage, and targeting cookies may be changed/set in the below third-party’s website respectively.
Please note that any changes made to User’s cookie settings, such as accepting or denying cookie collection/publication, will take effect upon User’s next connection.

Naver: If User wishes to disable Naver Login connection service, User can first sign in, click on “Naver ID” (PC), User’s Naver nickname (mobile app), then choose ‘service consent revocation’ within the ‘connected service management’ item on the ‘history management’ page.
4. Collection of ADID/IDFA
When User uses the mobile app, the Company collects and uses ADID (Android OS, Google ADvertising ID) and IDFA (iOS, IDentifier For Advertisers), which are advertising identification values of mobile app users, to provide customized services and benefits optimized for User, such as online personalized advertisements.
The ADID/IDFA is automatically collected while User uses the mobile app and is retained for one (1) year from the date of collection. If User does not wish to have his/her ADID/IDFA collected, User may opt out of our collection of his/her ADID/IDFA in the following ways. If User changes his/her settings for the collection of ADID/IDFA, User can block or allow personalized ads in the mobile app.
- Android: In Settings, click Privacy and then on the Ads tab, reset User’s Advertising ID or delete his/her Advertising ID, or in Settings, click Google (Google Setting) and then under Ads, select Personalize ads and turn it off.
- iOS: In Settings, under Privacy, click Tracking, click Allow apps to request tracking or in Settings, under the Privacy tab, click Post-Advertising, set ad tracking restrictions
5. Notice of Cookie Policy Changes
The Company may change its Cookie Policy, which shall be notified to the members by notice at least seven (7) days prior to the implementation of the changes.
This Policy is implemented starting on May 26, 2024.
