Template Recommendations Chatbot Service Terms of Use

These Terms of Use and Conditions (the “Terms”) shall apply to the User’s use of the "Template Recommendation Chatbot Service" (the "Chatbot Service") within MIRI D.I.H CO., Ltd (the "Company") and are in addition to the MiriCanvas Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and License Agreement. These Terms of Use may be updated by the Company from time to time. 

 

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use stipulate the conditions under which the User can use the Chatbot Service within MiriCanvas provided by the Company, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the User. 

 

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms)

  • "User": Refers to any person, organization, or entity that uses the Company's Service, including members, non-members, contributors (CPs), providers, etc.
  • "Template": Data that combines multiple design elements for users to edit and use through an editor.
  • "Chatbot Service": A service operated by a User to access a chat program within MiriCanvas to recommend templates based on the User's questions.
  • "User Conversation Data": Data that stores all conversations that occurred while a User was using the Chatbot Service.

 

Article 3 (Consent to Using the Service)

As a paid or free member of MiriCanvas, the User is required to agree to the MiriCanvas Terms of Use and the MiriCanvas Privacy Policy upon initial registration. By agreeing to the MiriCanvas Terms of Use and the MiriCanvas Privacy Policy, the User clearly understands and accepts the requirements of applicable law and the Company.

 

Article 4 (Information to be Collected by the Company)

1. The Company may collect User Conversation Data and User’s account information that may be obtained through the User's use of the Chatbot Service in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of the MiriCanvas Privacy Policy.

2. The information collected by the Company shall be used only for purposes related to the provision of the Services provided by the Company. 

 

Article 5 (Archiving of the User Conversation Data)

The Company shall keep the User Conversation Data in text format on an internal server of the Company.

 

Article 6 (Deletion of the User Conversation Data)

1. The Company shall archive and store User Conversation Data for one (1) month from the time the conversation occurs. 

2. The Company shall completely delete the User Conversation Data one (1) month after the conversation occurred in accordance with Article 6 of the Mirrors Privacy Policy. 

3. The process of deleting the User Conversation Data is designed and conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

Article 7 (Provision of the User Conversation Data to Third Parties)

1. The Company does not provide or share the User Conversation Data with third parties as described in Article 7 of the Mirrors Privacy Policy.

2. However, as an exception, the Company may share the minimum necessary User Conversation Data with third parties with the User’s consent.

 

Article 8 (Access and Modification of the User Conversation Data)

1. The User can access, view, modify, or delete their User Conversation Data through the Chatbot Service.

2. The Company will promptly process the User’s request and, upon your request, convert your conversation data into a text file and provide it to you.

3. User conversation data that has ended its retention period in Article 6.1 cannot be viewed or modified.

4. If the User requests to modify the User Conversation Data, the User shall submit the modified Conversation Data to the Company in a text file. The Company shall verify and save the modified text file submitted by the User to the Company. 

 

Article 9 (Security of User Conversation Data)

The Company employs a variety of security technologies and protocols to protect the User Conversation Data, including data encryption, regular security audits, and access rights management, in accordance with Article 11 of the MiriCanvas Privacy Policy.

 

Article 10 (Complaints about the User Conversation Data)

1. When the User has a complaint regarding the processing of the User Conversation Data, the User may raise the matter directly with the Company.

2. if the User is not satisfied with the results of the Company’s processing, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority as described in Article 13 of the MiriCanvas Privacy Policy.
