[Design Info & Workspace Overview]

  • Create new design
  • A new window will open, allowing you to create a new design.
  • Use this when you want to create a design separately from the one you’re currently editing.

  • Make a copy
  • The current design document will be duplicated and opened in a new window.
  • Unlike creating a new document, this is useful when you want to continue working on an existing design in parallel.
  • *If you are using the legacy editor, you can choose to create a copy in either the legacy editor or the new editor.

  • Move to folder
  • You can check where the current document is saved and move it to your desired location.
  • You can move it to an existing folder or create a new one. You can also freely move it between My Drive and Team Drive.
  • If you move it without selecting a folder, it will be moved to the top-level directory of the selected drive.

  • 💡Version history

  • [Legacy Editor] Auto-save
    • In the legacy editor, where you normally need to click the Save button manually, this feature allows your work to be saved automatically every minute.
    • It is enabled by default, but you can turn it off if you prefer not to use auto save.
