Uploading Videos and Audio – MiriCanvas Help Center

MiriCanvas provides an [Upload] feature that allows you to freely import and edit images (photos) saved on your PC.
Here are two ways to import videos/audio into the web editor. 😄

*️⃣How to Upload

1. Click the [Upload] menu on the left side of the editor, then import files saved on your PC

2. Click the video/audio file you want to import, then drag and drop it onto the editor page to add it.

Files imported using either of the methods above are automatically saved under [Upload], so you can conveniently reuse them at any time.
Now, import videos and audio saved on your PC into the editor and edit them freely! 😊

*️⃣Supported File Information

[File Extensions]

📽️Video: MP4
🎶Audio: MP3 / M4A

[File Size]

📽️Video: Up to 50 MB
🎶Audio: Up to 50 MB

💡Please Read

When uploading an MP4 file, it may not be compatible with MiriCanvas if it uses a codec that is not supported by the browser you are currently using.
In this case, please encode the file using the AVC (H.264) codec and upload it again.
If the upload still fails after trying the method above, please contact Customer Support (miricanvas@miridih.com).
When contacting us, please attach the file you attempted to upload, and we will review it and provide guidance.
